Sabrina Provencal, MA, RSSW, RP (Qualifying)

Social Service Worker / Psychotherapist / Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Clinical Philosophy

I believe in the power of community to foster healthy relationships and a strong sense of self. I am passionate and dedicated to helping families overcome their challenges, celebrate their strengths and embrace their resiliency. As a result, I now bring my expertise in navigating ADHD, ODD, anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues and intergenerational cycles of trauma to provide support to individuals, couples, children, and families on their healing journeys.

With significant experience, as a fully licensed mental health provider, in children’s mental health and with families requiring trauma support (such as families who have a loved one who works in a military or correctional milieu), I am now expanding my skills to include approaches that are helpful to couples. You will come to see that I am fully dedicated to creating positive change and resilience. To me, there is nothing more powerful than helping couples and families repair and enrich their own futures for generations to come. It is by far, the most challenging yet rewarding experiences. My collaborative and creative approach focuses on strengthening communication and connection within families and relationships.

If you’re seeking a committed and knowledgeable therapist to help you and your family overcome challenges and build a brighter future, let me be part of your village!
