Online therapy aims to help you with your mental wellness in these busy, complicated and unprecedented times. We offer all of our services, virtually.
What you need:
You will need to have access to a private space to talk. You will need a device and a high-speed internet connection or appropriate data availability. You will need to provide permission to access your microphone and camera through your device whether it is a smartphone, tablet, a laptop, or a desktop computer.
How it Works
Choose a therapist
Review our therapists’ bios and see if one feels like the right fit for you. You can also send us a message and someone will contact you to help you determine the best fit based on your unique needs.
PLAN FOR CHANGE
In your first session, your therapist will take a some information about you and your history to develop a therapy plan; all you have to do is to commit to change. While sessions are usually about 50 minutes, it is best to plan 90 minutes for your first session.
MAKE IT HAPPEN
Through weekly sessions or bi-weekly sessions, you and your therapist will work as a team to help you learn, grow, and advance in your life. Most sessions are 50 minutes to allow your therapist / counsellor 10 minutes for administrative tasks.
